AB Commerce Summit 2022 : Learn, Network & Grow
The dust has settled after another successful AB Commerce Summit which took place on March 10th at The Heritage Hotel, Killenard.
Our goal was to provide an opportunity to our Retailers to network with other Retailers, learn from Experts and meet our Partners and we are thrilled with the response from our Retailers and Partners.
- Overall, I found the event extremely beneficial to us as a relatively new customer of Magico and AB Commerce. It was great to hear from you the experts and from the external providers as well as other business like us to get some extra tips and tricks.
- Thank you so much for hosting last week’s event. Jasmine and I had a fantastic first trip to Ireland – as you say, hopefully the first of many! It was such a well thought out & put together summit, so the excellent feedback from those who attended doesn’t surprise me one bit
Our theme was Understanding your Customer Lifecycle and through interactive presentations, expert speakers and panel discussions we explored how to build brand loyalty and increase revenues by understanding your Customer Lifecycle.
The day began with Joe Connolly giving a Retailers perspective about their online journey in particular during the Covid pandemic.
The first step in the Customer Journey, Awareness and Acquire was expertly navigated by Breige Grogan and Paul Walshe from Adhere Digital. An insightful panel discussion on Acquisition Marketing including heavins.ie, stakelums.ie, pharmacystore.com and pharmadirect.com wrapped up this session
The Convert and Fulfil session was opened by John Caldwell from ABC Digital with some gold nuggets SEO & Copywriting tips. Jillian O’Leary showed us some practical ways to Supercharge your Online Store using some new features on the AB Commerce Platform. Erin McGrath shared some crucial design tips to show how to stand out from the crowd for all the right reasons
Industry heavyweights Martin McElhinny, Ciaran Crean and Paul Walshe shared their views on the Future of eCommerce with our CEO and founder Paul Montwill.
The afternoon session explored the final stage of the Customer Journey, Retention & Loyalty. Paul Montwill shared his thoughts on achieving loyalty in a crowded market. Breige Grogan and our colleagues at Klaviyo impressed upon us the importance and incredible power of email marketing. The session was wrapped up by a Panel of Integration Partners discussing how their technology and services could help our Retailers achieve Retention & Loyalty.
Our Exhibition space was a hive of activity with stands representing our partners including Segmentify, Humm, Elavon, Trustpilot, Chatify, Celebros, AIB Merchant Services, Wave OMS and Klaviyo.
