Brought to you by the IPU, the Pharmacy Services Booking Engine helps you to implement an online appointment booking service quickly and easily. It is a self-service tool for patients to schedule an appointment, provide personal information, authorise to be contacted and agree to the service-specific consent in question, for example, a flu vaccination injection for adults. Single and multi-location pharmacies are supported.
The booking engine is complemented by a mobile and online prescription ordering system offering remote prescription ordering, repeat reminders, and 2-way messaging.
Pharmacists can securely manage all patient interactions from a single online portal:
- Vaccination schedules and consent
- Mobile and online prescription orders

The integration with AB Commerce enables both the online prescription order form and the flu vaccine booking engine to be easily added to your website using your Refill Assistant Pharmacy ID.
